More than 15 years of application experience across Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit applications — including appeal support where an application is initially denied.

Why work with us

Our team has more than 15 years of experience applying for work passes with the Ministry of Manpower. They know what MOM looks for in an application, which improves your success rate.

We cannot guarantee approval, but we go through your documents with you and tell you what else is needed. If an application is unsuccessful, we assist with the first appeal.

The first 50 businesses who register their interest with us receive a 10% discount.

Who is eligible

A work pass is for foreigners who:

  • Have a job offer in Singapore, which can be with your own company
  • Earn a fixed monthly salary

Further details are shared once we have assessed the applicant’s credentials. Note that work pass applications are restricted for some nationalities, except in the case of Employment Pass candidates.

What an Employment Pass gives you

The Employment Pass permits foreign professionals, managers and executives to work in Singapore. Holding one lets you open a savings or current account, rent a property, and obtain local medical insurance.

We assess MOM’s eligibility criteria against your situation before proceeding with any application.
